The warehouse is the place where the produce is brought from the farms to be stored. On arrival it is selected and separated according to characteristics and taken to cold storage, ready to be prepared and packed for the customer. Traceability of these operations is provided by an internal system that allows the Association to know which producer has supplied the produce being packed. This system traces all the stages of acceptance, storage, processing and distribution and can also find the destination of the packed produce even after its delivery, to retrace the activities relevant to total quality. In this way each batch is unequivocally traceable and identifiable.
